As the famous saying goes “health is wealth”, it means that being healthy is the most integral part of our life.  Mental, social & physical health all depends upon the good diet (eating healthy). A healthy person will be better off in traits such as good physique, critical thinking, and social interaction, etc.

Our health majorly depends upon the diet we have, its ingredients and source. In our modern era, we often count calories rather than to have a healthy and pure diet. However online grocery platforms have changed the modern era, now, we can start eating without labels and counting calories.

Due to the convenient chicken delivery system, chicken has become an important component of our diet, which majorly influences our health nowadays. Eating chicken has many positive aspects such as; good for the heart, natural anti-depressant, promotes eye health and many more, but the real question lies in how we get fresh and healthy chicken.

Food in our daily diet contains nutrients, which works like a fuel that our body needs to functions. Every component of our biological system needs its respective nutrients if received in an adequate amount and timely manner we can grow to a healthier version of ourselves.

Since soda has been a routine intake component in our life, we must know that refined sugar in these sodas can greatly affect our problem solving and critical thinking abilities. Overall refined sugar is very bad for our health if we restrict its intake we will feel much better in terms of physical and mental health.

Let’s suppose sodium is a frequent and abundant component of our daily diet. Higher levels of salt will result in blood volume being diluted due to the preservation of water by the body. This scenario henceforth will cause our heart to work hard and eventually resulting in cardiac arrest.

We all need to eat; eating is not a choice but a necessity, in order to make ourselves healthier we must eat intelligently. When & what to eat is an art we all must master in order to live a great life. As ann wigmore said, “the food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison”.

See, in this modernized era we are living in an age which promotes materialism hence making health a god’s gift- possessed by very few. Good health is like a paper once crumbled can never be never perfect again, so, let’s promise to ourselves to have a great diet and stress-free life. Eat healthily and stay healthy.
