Check current availability on the order screen rather than assuming that every USDT network or every USDT-to-LTC direction is supported.
The exchange may apply verification or compliance requirements depending on the operation and its review results. Check the current conditions before creating the order. If the available route, required information, or permitted amount does not fit your task, stop rather than trying to bypass the restriction.
How to verify a Litecoin address
Generate or copy the address from the destination wallet’s Receive Litecoin or Deposit LTC screen. Confirm that the asset name is Litecoin and the network is Litecoin mainnet—not Bitcoin, an EVM network, a tokenized version of LTC, or a test network.

If your wallet predicts that the exchange address will receive less, adjust only according to the live instructions; do not guess.
After the asset, network, destination address, amount, and current conditions all match, you can open the USDT-to-LTC exchange form and verify the available route. Recheck every field on the final screen because this is the last practical control point before an irreversible transfer is authorized.
Send USDT and preserve the evidence
Create the order before withdrawing USDT. Use only the deposit address generated for that order, select the exact network stated by the exchange, and follow any displayed payment conditions. Avoid manually reusing an address from an expired or completed order unless the service explicitly instructs you to do so.
Save the order identifier, selected pair, network name, USDT deposit address, LTC destination address, required deposit amount, and the transaction ID produced by your wallet. A screenshot can support diagnosis, but copyable text is more useful for comparing long identifiers without transcription errors.
Do not share seed phrases, private keys, wallet backup files, or remote access to your device with anyone claiming to investigate the payment. Legitimate transaction diagnosis relies on public transaction data and order details, not wallet secrets.
Track the exchange through two confirmations
The first checkpoint is the USDT deposit. Use the transaction ID with an explorer for the selected USDT network and check that the transfer reached the exact deposit address with the expected amount. If the explorer shows no transaction, first confirm that your wallet actually broadcast it rather than merely creating a pending withdrawal request.

If the transaction is delayed or appears wrong

The withdrawal may still be inside the sending platform rather than on-chain. Check its internal status, security hold, network selection, and withdrawal history. The exchange cannot detect a blockchain payment that has not been broadcast.
The USDT transaction exists but the order does not update
Compare the network, receiving address, amount, and confirmation status. A correct transaction may still be awaiting the confirmations or compliance checks required for that route. If any field differs, stop sending further funds and provide support with the order identifier and transaction ID.
The exchange shows LTC as sent, but the wallet balance has not changed
Inspect the LTC transaction ID independently. If the transaction is unconfirmed, continue monitoring its blockchain status. If it is confirmed and the destination output matches your address, the recipient may still be processing the credit or synchronizing its wallet. Contact the receiving platform with the transaction ID if its stated confirmation requirement has been met.
The LTC address or network was wrong
Do not submit another transaction in an attempt to “cancel” the first one. Blockchain transfers generally cannot be edited after broadcast. Record the transaction IDs, addresses, network names, timestamps shown by the services, and all order data, then contact the relevant wallet, exchange, or custodian. Recovery may be technically impossible or subject to the recipient’s policies and should never be promised.
What counts as completion
The route is complete when the LTC transaction is visible on the Litecoin blockchain, its destination matches the address you verified, it has reached the confirmation threshold required by the recipient, and the receiving wallet or account credits the funds under its rules.
Some uncertainty can remain while a transaction is unconfirmed, a custodial platform is performing internal processing, or a compliance review is open. Keep the order record and both transaction IDs until the final LTC balance is available. The decisive result is not a success banner alone, but a traceable USDT payment followed by a confirmed LTC payout to the intended destination.
